Elton Stuckly Jr., president of Texas State Technical College in Waco, and TSTC Chancellor Bill Segura watch during the announcement that the technical training school is joining with Temple College in the East Williamson County Higher Education Center. Temple College President Marc A. Nigliazzo said the partnership would bring “technical programs, industrial-based programs that are needed in this area that we could not, would not, provide.”
